Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Address We ship from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jade Vine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
