At JADE VINE, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent).
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at hello@jadevinecollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to our US return address (provided in the return instructions).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@jadevinecollection.com with photos and your order number. We will promptly arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items
- Personal care, beauty, hygiene, or intimate products (for health and safety reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, clearance items, or final-sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow up to 15 business days total for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny a refund if the item is not returned in sellable condition.
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
If shipping to the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the items are returned unused with all tags and original packaging.

We reserve the right to update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
